Intentions ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information Stored on Your Device

The following information is collected and stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device unless explicitly stated:

• Name: Used for personalization within the app
• Age Range: Used to customize your experience appropriately
• Health & Wellness Goals: Your personal intentions and goals for mindful screen time
• Work Schedule: Your preferred focus times and work hours
• App Blocking Preferences: Which apps you choose to block during focus time
• App Usage Data: Screen Time data accessed through Apple's Screen Time API to help you understand your habits

Information Transmitted to Third Parties

To provide core app functionality, some data is transmitted to third-party services:

AI Conversations (OpenAI)

When you have conversations with the AI assistant, your messages are sent through our secure proxy to OpenAI to generate responses. This includes:

• Your conversation messages
• Context about your goals (to provide relevant guidance)

Conversations are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to process your request.

Subscription Management (Superwall)

We use Superwall to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. Superwall may collect:

• Purchase history and subscription status
• Anonymous usage data for paywall optimization

Feedback System

If you submit feedback, the following may be transmitted:

• Your feedback message
• Device identifier (UUID) for support purposes

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not use traditional analytics services (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not create advertising profiles based on your data

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Local data is stored using iOS secure storage mechanisms
• AI requests are proxied through Cloudflare Workers for added security

Your Rights and Choices

• Delete Your Data: You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app from your device
• Manage Permissions: You can revoke Screen Time access at any time through iOS Settings
• Subscription Management: Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

Children's Privacy

Intentions is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
